Three illustrators who ply their trade in paper…

Yulia Brodskaya graphic designer and illustrator from Russia, whose intricate illustrative and typographic work with curled, curved paper edges has deservedly won her a lot of advertising commissions:

Jen Stark uses an exacto (I’ve no idea either, some sort of scalpel maybe?) to create 3D planar layers, though the same effect could probably be achieved with laser-cutting:
